TIS has the most professional nursing management of any institute that I have been employed. At the same time, the management is very approachable and is so very willing to help the staff with any difficulty. There is never a negative or punitive attitude taken when an error occurs. There is such comaderie and support between departments with friendliness and problem solving at the forefront. The atmosphere is such that when the staffing is short, everyone flexes their schedules to make certain the shift is covered with qualified staff. TIS is really a wonderful family away from home.
